Capsaicin, also known as capsicum pigment, with the molecular formula of C40H5603, is mainly composed of capsanthin and paprika rutile. It is a dark red viscous oily liquid with a special smell. It has no pungent taste, and has the fragrance of pepper. It is soluble in most non-volatile oils, insoluble in water and glycerin, and partially soluble in ethanol. It has good heat resistance, acid resistance and alkaline resistance, and is stable to visible light, but it is easy to fade under ultraviolet light.

The pure paprika red pigment is a deep carmine needle shaped crystal, which is easily soluble in organic solvents with large polarity. It is blue when it reacts with concentrated inorganic acids. Capsanthin used in food additives is dark red ointment, with hot taste and no bad smell. Capsanthin is insoluble in vegetable oil and ethanol, soluble in alkaline solution, acid and alkali resistant, oxidation resistant and other properties. These properties can be used to separate capsanthin from other components during separation and extraction to obtain a high-purity extract. The common methods of extracting paprika pigment can be roughly divided into three kinds: oil dissolution, solvent extraction and supercritical fluid extraction.

It generally has no effect on pregnant women. Capsaicin is not acne inducing. Capsaicin is an extremely pungent vanillin alkaloid in pepper, which has a variety of physiological activities and can relieve pain and inflammation, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis. It can make the skin white and bright, and improve the bad smell of the product. Capsaicin ingredient is suitable for 8 types of skin: non pigmented skin, dry skin, pigmented skin, sensitive skin, wrinkled skin, tolerant skin, oily skin, and tight skin.

Worldwide Expedited: offers customs-cleared, day-definite delivery to more than 220 countries and territories in two to five business days.
Worldwide Express: this service offers guaranteed delivery in 1-3 business days depending on the destination. Service is available in 185 countries and territories.
